The Pilates for golf’s goal is to change the golfer’s ineffective movement patterns, allowing him to consistently hit the ball farther and straighter, while reducing the risk of injury and pain. While any general Pilates program will benefit the golfer, Pilates for Golf is designed specifically to enhance the biomechanics of the golf swing. Building strength and flexibility simultaneously: developing core strength, improving posture and alignment and creating stability. All the elements needed for a great swing.
