Regardless of your current fitness level- from sedentary office worker to fitness enthusiast- The Pilates Method can be your prime mode of body conditioning. We will stretch, strengthen and balance your body without building bulk. Joseph Pilates designed more than 500 specific exercises using the mat and specially designed equipment to develop the body uniformly. Instead of performing many repetitions, Joseph Pilates preferred fewer more precise movements requiring proper control, form and breathing. Because your mind is required to engage with your body to perform movements correctly, you experience a new awareness of muscle function and control. The “powerhouse”- abdomen, lower back and buttock- is supported and strengthened enabling the rest of the body to move more effectivly. In short Pilates will transform your body.

We also offer sports specific Pilates programs to enhance your sports performance e.g. golf, tennis, swimming

Rehabilitation

Pilates! to help you recover and return to normal function. Let our rehabilitation specialist design a program specifically for you taking into account your physical limitations and concerns. The goal will be to normalize incorrect movement patterns and to regain optimal function.
